Through gentle movement, breath, reflection, matcha, floral arranging, and community, this experience offers a soft place to land, reconnect with yourself and other healthcare professionals, and remember that you are worthy of care, too.
This event is open to healthcare professionals, and supporters, of all movement levels. No prior experience with embodied movement practices is necessary. Join us for an afternoon full of creativity, regulation, and connection.
