Spaces to slow down,
come back to yourself,
and be in good company.

We curate intimate wellness experiences for healthcare professionals - not lectures, not networking, not performance. Just genuine time to regulate, reconnect, and restore.

STEEP & STILLNESS: A Mindful Matcha Experience is an intentional evening created for healthcare professionals and anyone craving a little more space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find stillness in the everyday. In collaboration with Noisy Crane Tea House, this experience invites you to explore the art of slowing down through guided somatic meditation, a mindful tasting of three distinct matcha varieties, reflective journaling, intentional conversation, and traditional Japanese sweets.

Rooted in mindfulness, sensory awareness, and connection, this experience is an invitation to step away from the demands of your everyday routine and discover how the simple ritual of preparing and enjoying matcha can become a moment of presence and restoration.

This event is open to healthcare professionals, supporters, and anyone looking for a meaningful pause. No prior experience with meditation or matcha preparation is needed.

Join us for an evening of sipping slowly, reflecting, and connecting with yourself and others. Leave feeling a little more grounded, inspired, and connected to the present moment, with your very own bamboo matcha whisk to continue the ritual at home.

Please bring: A journal, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. All matcha tasting materials will be provided.

Why We Gather

We believe healthcare professionals deserve spaces designed with their well-being in mind.

Most gatherings ask something of you — your attention, your networking, your best professional self. Tendarra events are designed to give something back.

Every experience we create is held with intention — for the person arriving after a long shift, for the one who hasn't had a moment to breathe all week, for anyone who just needs somewhere to land.

We gather to slow down.
We gather to regulate.
We gather to reconnect — with ourselves, our purpose, and with one another.

Connection

Intentional time to build real relationships — not contacts. With people who already understand what you carry.

Regulation

Guided practices that bring your nervous system out of survival mode. Simple, real, and grounded in how the body actually works.

Presence

Moments of reflection and mindful engagement that anchor participants in the here and now — at work and in life.
