EMBER + EASE: A Fall Ritual for Softening is an intentional evening created for healthcare professionals and anyone craving a little more space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and soften into the new season. Through gentle somatic movement, guided meditation, journaling, warm cider, seasonal bites, and fall-inspired taper candle painting, this experience invites you to step away from the everyday pace and into an evening of warmth, creativity, and ease.

This event is open to healthcare professionals, supporters, and anyone looking for a meaningful pause. All movement is beginner-friendly, and no prior experience with meditation or somatic movement is needed.

Join us for an evening of slowing down, reflecting, creating, and connecting. Leave feeling a little more grounded, inspired, and connected to yourself, with your own hand-painted taper candles to take home.

Please bring: A water bottle, a yoga mat, comfortable clothing for gentle movement, and an open mind. Blankets, and bolsters will be provided.
